Make to Order/Custom Products Replacement Policy:

A 'Custom Order' is defined as any product that is made-to-order, or any product that was not in-stock and readily available to ship at the time of purchase.

Made-to-orders are deemed Final Sale and are not able to be returned or refunded.

Incase of a manufacturing defect, inform us within 48 hours from reception of the product so it can be replaced free of cost

Please write to contact@dchomecenter.com to initiate a replacement, post which we will initiate the replacement. Replacements without authorization will be refused.

We might request you to share the picture of the product at contact@dchomecenter.com. We will replace it without any cost after examining the returned items.

All products are to be returned with the original packing, labels and tags intact.

The product for replacement shall only be fulfilled once the shipment has reached the warehouse and inspected for any damage or damage claimed.

All replacements shall be done within 25 business days of reception of the product in our warehouse

A replacement shall not be fulfilled in case of deliberate tampering of the product. The inspection is purely subjective to the discretion of DC Homecenter LLP.

The custom/made-to-order process time is estimated at 3-4 business weeks. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Production and delivery lead times are estimates and subject to change. In the unlikely case of a custom order production exceeding 7 weeks from the date of the deposit or payment, the customer has the right to cancel the custom order for a full refund or the deposit. 

 

1. We at DC Homecenter aim to make your purchase process as simple & easy as possible. Once a purchase has been made a confirmation mail would be sent to the registered e-mail address of the customer informing them of the scheduled date of arrival.
 
 
2. DC Homecenter will make every effort to carry out deliveries on the given date. We aim to ship orders out within 4-6 days or earlier with the exception of custom orders which would require 21 days to ship out. Since we offer India-wide shipping, dates of arrival change depending on delivery location. We hope you understand if there is a delay of some sort. In case of a delay in shipping, DC Homecenter will inform its customers using the registered e-mail address or contact number. DC Homecenter provides shipping India-wide, in case of any octroi charges the customer would have to pay directly to the courier company. DC Homecenter reserves the right to revise our prices in the future
 
 
3. DC Homecenter will try to deliver the items to the mentioned address three times, After which DC Homecenter reserves the right to cancel the order & retain up to 30% of the order amount. The customer hereby agrees that the title of the purchased product changes from ‘DC Homecenter LLP’ to the customer’s name once the item is delivered to their doorstep.
 
 
4. DC Homecenter will not accept change of delivery address once the order has been placed. Delivery will be made to the shipping address specified while placing an order.
 
 
5. DC Homecenter will not accept cancellation at the time of delivery on the grounds of inaccessibility to the customers desired delivery location (e.g. doorway too small, insufficient space to maneuver the purchased items through the premises, change of mind, road inaccessible to delivery van, etc.).
 
 
6. In the case of a refund, the refund will be processed to the debit/credit card or UPI or Original Mode of Payment used by the customer for the purchase after the items are returned to DC Homecenter in a condition fit for the item to be resold.
 
 
7. Once the items are returned in good condition, refund would take place within 3- 5 working days after inspection. DC Homecenter holds the right to refuse any refund/replacement if items are found to be damaged in any way.
 
 
8. We at DC Homecenter consider customer satisfaction as our utmost priority. In an unfortunate circumstance of any legal dispute arising, the Courts at Alappuzha alone shall exclusive jurisdiction, to the exclusion of all other courts.
