We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs.999 purchased through our website.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 4 to 6 business days. The estimated delivery time may vary product to product and can be delivered the next day or maximum in 10 business days from the time of dispatching the order.
In case of a custom-made/personalized order, the time may vary and in certain cases might take longer than expected which will be informed after confirming the order.
Once the order is successfully placed, you will receive the following notifications via email: -
1. Email order confirmation
2. Email with tracking details and Invoice once the product is shipped
You can cancel your order by mailing us atcontact@dchomecenter.com. Order cancellation will only be accepted before the shipment has been dispatched.
Once the order is cancelled, the refund shall be initiated within 48 hours, and it should reflect in your account within 7-8 business days through the original mode of payment.
As of now, DC Home does not deliver items internationally. You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards/UPI issued in India and 21 other countries, but please ensure the delivery address is in India.

Returns
All items purchased online are eligible for 7 days hassle-free return. For more details click here
In case of non-manufacturing defects, the shipping cost for the return must borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund. In such cases, we can arrange for the logistics.
Please Note:"7 Days Hassle-Free Return" is not applicable on custom orders and gift cards/vouchers.
An item is eligible for return within 7 days of the receipt date of your order.
It must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered to you.
You can return the item within 7 days of the receipt.
If the item is damage-free, a refund will be initiated by us within 48 hours after passing through quality checks, it may take 7-8 business days to reflect the amount in your account.
Refund is processed through the same payment method which was used to place the order.
Email us to re-request a copy of the email. We will resend it on your registered email address.
Each of our products goes through strict quality checks before it is dispatched. However, in case the product is damaged in transit, we request you to share with us the pictures of the damaged part, as soon as you receive the product, at contact@dchomecenter.com, along with your order ID. After receiving your email we will ensure resolution within 1 working day.
If the order is not shipped, then there is no cancellation fee
If the order is shipped, then there is a cancellation fee which will be deducted before intiating the refund.
