Return Policy

The Easy Return & Refund Process (7 Days Hassle-Free Return):

Please write to contact@dchomecenter.com  or click Return Request to initiate a return, post which we will initiate the return. Returns without authorization will be refused.

All refunds are to be claimed within 7 days from the reception of the purchased product.

There is a return shipping charge which must be borne by the customer for all return claims. DC Homecenter LLP can offer a shipping charge refund along with the product refund if the product is returned for a manufacturing defect.

In case of non-manufacturing defects, the shipping cost for the return must borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund

Our logistics partner will pick up returns from a certain jurisdiction, or from a set of pin codes, that will be specified by us upon initiating the return request

For unserviceable pin codes, the customer will have to ship the consignment themselves for which DC Homecenter LLP can offer a shipping charge refund along with the product refund if the product is returned for a manufacturing defect. 

Refund will be initiated to the original mode of payment only once the shipment has reached the warehouse and inspected for any damage or damage claimed.

The customer's claim to return on the grounds of damage of product is valid only if the product was damaged while shipping.

All products to be returned with the original packing, labels and tags intact.

A refund shall not be fulfilled in case of deliberate tampering of the product. The inspection is purely subjective to the discretion of DC Homecenter LLP.

Please Note: "7 Days Hassle-Free Return" is not applicable on Made To Order/Custom products and gift cards/vouchers.

Make To Order products can only be exchanged.

In case you received a damaged/defective item, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We might request you to share the picture of the product at contact@dchomecenter.com. We will replace it without any cost after examining the returned items.

Make to Order/Custom Products Replacement Policy:

A 'Custom Order' is defined as any product that is made-to-order, or any product that was not in-stock and readily available to ship at the time of purchase.

Made-to-orders are deemed Final Sale and are not able to be returned or refunded.

Incase of a manufacturing defect, inform us within 48 hours from reception of the product so it can be replaced free of cost

Please write to contact@dchomecenter.com to initiate a replacement, post which we will initiate the replacement. Replacements without authorization will be refused.

We might request you to share the picture of the product at contact@dchomecenter.com. We will replace it without any cost after examining the returned items.

The product for replacement shall only be fulfilled once the shipment has reached the warehouse and inspected for any damage or damage claimed.

All replacements shall be done within 25 business days of reception of the product in our warehouse

The custom/made to order's process time is estimated at 3-4 business weeks. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Production and delivery lead times are estimates and subject to change. In the unlikely case of a custom order production exceeding 7 weeks from the date of the deposit or payment, the customer has the right to cancel the custom order for a full refund or the deposit.
