Remove spills and stains immediately. For liquid stains, blot with a clean, and undyed cloth by pressing hard around the spill to soak in much as possible.

DC Homecenter will not accept cancellation at the time of delivery on the grounds of inaccessibility to the customers desired delivery location (e.g. doorway too small, insufficient space to maneuver the purchased items through the premises, change of mind, road inaccessible to delivery van, etc.).

6. In the case of a refund, the refund will be processed to the debit/credit card or UPI or Original Mode of Payment used by the customer for the purchase after the items are returned to DC Homecenter in a condition fit for the item to be resold.

7. Once the items are returned in good condition, refund would take place within 3- 5 working days after inspection. DC Homecenter holds the right to refuse any refund/replacement if items are found to be damaged in any way.

8. We at DC Homecenter consider customer satisfaction as our utmost priority. In an unfortunate circumstance of any legal dispute arising, the Courts at Alappuzha alone shall exclusive jurisdiction, to the exclusion of all other courts.
